Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, or virtually in the comfort of your home or office we'll set up a program just for you. We also design monthly progressive custom workout plans you can follow on your own at home or in your gym! The possibilities are endless!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
